Rural Missionaries of the Philippines field worker, Julito Rivera Otacan, together with six other Banwaon community members, Alejandro Barluado, Jonas Acosta, Noli Tahudan, Marlon Talatayod, and Joel Trasona, were arrested this morning in Barangay Balit, San Luis, Agusan del Sur.
